Indie Introduction: Brandon Kent (Dancer for God)
My name is Brandon Kent, and I’m 22 years old. I attend the Atlanta School of Ministry (Urban Arts concentration). I love to dance and have a heart for people. I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old, and have been performing (as well as competing) since the age of 11 years old. All of my progress has developed through the grace of God. If it wasn’t for how loving God is, I wouldn’t be where I am today with my ministry. Knowing that I can put all of my trust in God (and He will continue to be my Savior), is refreshing. (I’m excited to see what God is going to do in this world!).
Positivity Questions For Brandon
TZelement MAG: What’s the 1 word you would use to describe yourself, and why?
Brandon: Humble. I’m quick to give recognition and uplift the gifts and talents of others; although, I continue to work on mine as hard as I can every day.
TZelement MAG: If you were granted the authority to change 2 things in the world, what would they be?
Brandon: I would reduce the cost (or provide more government assistance) for college tuition. I would recommend more Biblical Programs within public schooling.
TZelement MAG: What words of encouragement would you give to someone who is struggling with low self-esteem and/or social acceptance?
Brandon: Being yourself is something that nobody in this world can do, but you. You have the ability to do what nobody can do, and that is to be who God made you to be. Realize how much value you add to the kingdom of God, because God does!
