Trainer Z Commentary: This cable machine arm exercise will give your Biceps a great muscle pump while also helping to improve their overall shape and formation.
The biceps are often regarded as the show muscles. Ask a person to make a muscle and if they are inclined to oblidge then they will instinctively flex their forearm to give you some sort of bicep pose.
- Perform 6-9 sets
- 12-15 reps or 25-30 seconds for each set for each arm.
- Use a light to moderate amount of weight.
- For maximum benefit; at the top/flexed position of each rep, give a quick and focused squeeze.
