Skip Overs – A great dynamic leg exercise that gets the heart rate elevated.

You will need a stepper platform and you can also hold a dumbbell in each hand while performing the exercise for a more intensified workout.

  • Use either a 6″, 8″, 10″ or 12″ Step Platform.
  • Perform 3 – 5 Sets.
  • Perform each Set for 45 – 60 Seconds.
  • Perform the exercise 2 – 3 Days per Week.
