AB Kickouts – A great upper, middle and lower AB exercise

In this 1st Real Deal Fitness video episode, I; Trainer Z ‘The Fitness Motivator’ demonstrate the AB Kickouts exercise. AB Kickouts are a very dynamic upper, mid and lower abdominal muscles exercise that can help you greatrly to developmentally achieve that much desired 4 pack, 6 pack or 8 pack; anything is better than a snack pack.

  • Ideally perform 2 – 3 Sets
  • Perform 30 – 60 Seconds each Set
  • Perform 2 – 3 Days per Week

Keep in mind that although you will be greatly developing the abdominal muscles with the AB Kickouts exercise; you will only begin to see the results of that development when you have begun to shed some of the body fat that is covering the abdominals.
