Balance is the most neglected fitness activity

Work on improving your balance before the need becomes dire.

Here’s A Beneficial Exercise Trick: While standing up; elevate forward on your toes and then backward on your heels for 1 continuous minute.

For An Added Balance Challenge: While performing the motions, pause momentarily in each direction.

You can also have some fun while working to improve your balance by getting yourself a Whirly Board or any other type of balance board, balance disc, or wobble board.
